As someone who frequently travels and seeks out high-quality coffee to feel at home in new cities, I wanted to share my exceptional experience at Blueprint Coffee. Being from Seattle, I must admit I had a preconceived notion of St. Louis as perhaps less progressive. However, Blueprint Coffee completely shattered that perception. Your shop is truly impressive and could give even some Seattle establishments a run for their money. The bustling atmosphere is a clear indicator of your quality, and I found your coffee prices to be incredibly reasonable, especially considering the dedication to coffee culture evident in every aspect of your operation. It's refreshing to find a place that is clearly a step above the standard chains. I was particularly impressed by the knowledgeable baristas I spoke with, who demonstrated a deep understanding of coffee and its various processes. The state-of-the-art equipment, including the pour-over setup with a Kalita, and the availability of third-wave coffee items for sale were also noteworthy. Blueprint Coffee undoubtedly met all the criteria on my coffee shop checklist. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. While efficient in taking orders and preparing food and beverages, your team goes the extra mile by delivering orders to your table – a thoughtful touch. I especially want to commend Aly, who took the time to chat with me about coffee and even offered recommendations for food and places to visit in St. Louis. As someone passionate about coffee, I truly appreciated her willingness to connect with guests. My recent reading of "Unreasonable Hospitality" resonated deeply with the welcoming atmosphere Aly cultivated. I especially appreciated the sample of cold brew and sparkling water she offered. They obviously care. They had 6-7 different beans they would pour over - awesome. I got their newest, the Gamatui. It has a strong fruity smell and the taste was a strong fruity flavor. After a few drinks it’s subtled a. It and is good. Their pastries look very good. Update - took their pour over class with Valerie and Ashley and 7 other people. What an amazing experience! I can’t speak highly enough for these two giving the class. They were patient, super nerdy about the details of coffee. I felt like I was with my people. The attendees in my sub-group of 4 were also fun and super into it. There were 8 people and after a high level discussion of terms and basics of brewing they split us into two groups of 4 and then each of them showed us two different methods, pulse and continuous pours. They would demo it and then each of us would do a pour. Of course we each had to try each others’ pours. All were great, with small variations in taste. I felt like I made at least 5 new friends!

Egg biscuit was amazing!! I got the Abuela latte and it was very good, but the espresso didn’t come through. Maybe I’m just not used to super smooth coffee though. Beautiful latte art aswell!

Great place! My girlfriend got an iced gooey butter cake latte and I got a regular hot latte. We both enjoyed our drinks! We also got the gg sandwich which was unique but good, and their chocolate chip cookie which was amazing!

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable--food and drink arrive in an appropriate amount of time. I try to give the seasonal beverages a shot and I'm never disappointed. Prices are higher than average but I know they're using good beans and, hopefully, paying their staff well. It's always the first shop I recommend to people.

I’ve heard of this coffee shop before, but this was my first experience and I loved it! I got a Vanilla Bean latte with Oatmilk it was fantastic. The espresso was very good, not too bitter. My friend got a pour over and it came in a cute beaker style container. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was very relaxed, just what I want in a coffee shop. Unfortunately it’s not very close to me, but I will definitely be going again when I am in the area.

Caffeine is chemistry I guess or at least Blueprint Coffee thinks so. Listen, if my coffee arrives in an Erlenmeyer flask, I already know I’m in the right place. Blueprint Coffee isn’t just serving up a drink; they’re conducting a full-on science experiment with every pour. And honestly, I’m here for it. The place was packed because of course it was. Good coffee attracts a crowd, and St. Louis just so happens to have one of the best coffee shop scenes out there. A carefully measured and extracted moment of joy in a flask. Consider me converted.

We had a great time at Blueprint Coffee in St. Louis! The place has a really nice setup with a good vibe and just the right amount of noise. The service was excellent — Julia Luster helped us and she was super kind and friendly. The coffee was delicious, and the rosemary goat cheese scones were amazing — so flavorful and fresh! It’s close to our hotel and in a great location. We really enjoyed our visit :)

Had a delicious iced matcha and went back for a hot latte. Both were delicious, not weak and not too strong, and served by kind and pleasant people. The industrial aesthetic means it's loud and the chairs aren't the most comfortable, but I was there for an hour and didn't notice either too much. Good spot to get work done or catch up with a friend.

Stumbled across this cafe while walking around the neighborhood and decided to pop in. The interior is really simple and so is the menu. Got the specialty matcha and a chai drink and both were really good! Seating is limited but there were a few people working and studying still. Great for a grab and go. Prices are on the higher end but I think the quality is there to back it up. Would stop by again if I'm in the area.
